I only process data that you share with me voluntarily – for example via the contact form, by email, WhatsApp or phone. This includes in particular your name, email address, phone number, your concern and the content of your message. I use this data exclusively to respond to your enquiry and to organise any coaching or accompaniment that may follow.

This website is run on the website builder Onepage. Enquiries sent via the contact form are transmitted in encrypted form and stored in the Onepage customer area so that I can reply to them. When you visit the website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, browser type) is processed by the hosting provider in order to provide the website securely and reliably.

This website only uses technically necessary cookies. No advertising trackers and no analytics tools such as Google Analytics are used. You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time.

The website contains links to third-party services, e.g. WhatsApp and Google Maps. Only when you click on such a link do the privacy policies of the respective provider apply.

I only keep your data for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.
