Who it’s for

For everyone who is curious about themselves.

Maybe you’d like to understand better what’s good for you, what moves you, or why some things work differently for you than for others.

Maybe you’re in the middle of getting to know yourself anew, questioning old ideas, or wanting to meet sides of yourself you haven’t discovered yet.

Or maybe you simply enjoy exploring yourself and discovering new perspectives.

“A Map of Me” is meant for people with all kinds of experiences and ways of thinking – neurodivergent or neurotypical, with or without a diagnosis.

You don’t need any prior knowledge, and you don’t have to be looking for anything in particular about yourself. Curiosity is enough.

The map

Seven landscapes. Countless discoveries.

Your inner world is rich and varied. Some of its landscapes may have long been familiar to you, others you may have barely explored so far.

“A Map of Me” takes you through seven different regions, each opening up a different view of how you experience things. There is no set route and no destination you have to reach.

Why a map?

Because your inner world doesn’t need instructions – it needs space to be discovered.

We spend a lot of time trying to figure out how we should be. What we could do better, where we ought to fit in, or which expectations we’re supposed to meet. In the process, we sometimes overlook how much there already is to discover about ourselves.

Imagine your inner world as a landscape. With sunny clearings, winding paths, quiet valleys and wild rivers. Some places you know well, others may still feel unfamiliar.

“A Map of Me” invites you to bring this map to life, bit by bit. Not to change yourself in any particular direction, but to understand better what your own world is like.

Because the more familiar your inner landscapes become, the easier it is to recognise what you need, what’s good for you, and which paths feel right for you.

Your map. Your adventure.

Some discoveries we make on our own. Others only happen when different worlds meet.

“A Map of Me” invites you to explore your personal inner world. This journey becomes especially exciting when we experience it together: when new perspectives emerge, common ground becomes visible, and the differences between our experiences make us curious.

The workshop · Exploring together

Seven landscapes. Two days. Countless perspectives.

2 days · CHF 333 · incl. printed workbook · dates & location coming soon

In the two-day workshop, “A Map of Me” becomes a living journey of discovery.

With creative impulses, playful experiences, movement and reflection, we explore our inner landscapes. Moments of personal discovery alternate with encounters and voluntary sharing.

Sometimes we recognise ourselves in other people’s experiences. Sometimes we come across perspectives that are completely new to us. Both can widen the way we see ourselves.

It’s not about comparing ourselves or arriving at particular insights. Instead, a space opens up where different experiences can exist side by side and every personal map has its place.

A shared adventure in which, above all, you get to discover one thing: yourself.
